RAK International Corporate Centre (RAKICC) is an international business company operating in Ras Al Khaimah, 45 minutes away from Dubai. RAKICC is a merged registrar of two companies in Ras Al Khaimah; namely RAK IBC and RAK Offshore . RAK ICC is now the sole entity in Ras Al Khaimah for the incorporation and formation of International Business Companies (Offshore companies).

Companies registered in RAK International Corporate Centre can exert any type of activity outside of the UAE but cannot obtain visas.
